Each townhouse has a floor area of 85 square meters, and is provided with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath, and 1 car garage. Good news! Adjacent townhouse units can be combined. 

Reservation fee is set at PHP 25,000.00 which will form part of the whole selling price. There are three ways to pay the property, enumerated below:

1. Cash
2. 20% downpayment split in 36 months, 80% in 37th month
3. 100% installment in 60 months or 5 years, 0% interest!

Move-in and miscellaneous fees (particularly for water, electricity, cable, and titling fees) are set at 5.% of the TCP or the Total Contract Price.
