For internet connection, you need to subscribe on your own. Options include PLDT, Globe, Sky Broadband, and CableLink. For prepaid, i encourage using PLDT Prepaid Home Wifi or Globe at Home Prepaid Wifi (999php gives you 65-70GB per month, 1499php gives you 80-200GB per month depending on the prepaid wifi you use).
Clean your room regularly to avoid infestation. We suggest cleaning of grease trap every 3 months. We suggest cleaning of airconditioning unit twice a year or every six months to keep in good condition.
